In light of the recent wave of telephone, internet, and mail scams, the local Stafford Sheriff's office is working hard to protect all residents from fraudulent crimes, including identity theft, Internet and email swindles, and phone scams.
Hartquist & Noblet, LLC is working in conjunction with the local Stafford Sheriff's office to provide a presentation for seniors about fraud and scam prevention and awareness. The presentation is 90 minutes long and will include a Q&A session as well.

Meet the Speaker
Nora Hartquist is the Founder and Managing Member of both GuidedQuest, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm, and Hartquist & Noblet, LLC, an Insurance and Estate Planning firm. As a dedicated fiduciary retirement advisor, she has served the Northern VA Area since 1995.
A former teacher, Ms. Hartquist dedicates herself to educating retirees through retirement workshops at Federal Agencies, as well as classes at Local libraries and colleges. She is a Certified Estate Planner (CEP®), Certified Financial Fiduciary (CFF®), Certified in Long Term Care (CTLC), and a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBC) as well as the President of the Stafford Chapter of the American Financial Education Alliance.
